We finally got a chance to use the AirGO tonight. We decided to make fish tacos! It turned out super well and here are a few pics.

Preparing the ingridients

cut the basa fish fillet into 2” chunks
- season the fish with the salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- drench the fish in the egg wash and roll it in the panko

AirGO steps

preheat the Airgo on the Airfry function at 400 degree F and setting the time for 13 mins
- apply a small amount of oil on both side of the battered fish before placing them on the Airfry tray
- flip the fish pieces half way through
- once done, place the fry fish onto a warm tortilla and apply your favorite fixings (pickled radish, coriander, fresh salsa, lime, cabbage slaw, tartar sauce, etc)
