4 oz Pork Belly
1 pack Firm Tofu
3 stalks Chinese Leeks
4 oz wood ear
1 medium size carrots
1 pc Portabella Mushroom
1 tbs Vegetable Oil
2 tsp for sauce corn starch
2 tbs for sauce Soy Sauce
2 tsp for sauce Sugar
2 tsp for sauce Oyster Sauce
4 tbs for sauce Warm water
1 tsp for sauce Cooking wine
optional Chili Sauce

AirGO House Tofu

    House Tofu is very common dish in American-Chinese restaurant, It’s basically pan fried tofu with mixes vegetables and house style sauce.   The difficult part is pan fry tofu when you want to cook in the home. With AirGO, you can make it in your kitchen with your own house style sauce, and leave no messy.



    Prepare Ingredients

    - Open pack of tofu, drain it will and cut into small square
    - Slice pork belly into tofu size as well
    - Slice portabella mushroom and carrots
    - Clean up wood ears, chop to small pieces
    - Mixing all the sauce ingredients: warm water, sugar, cooking wine ,soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, Chili sauce ( optional) set aside and ready for use.


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set up AirGO to Grill function 400 F about 10 mins and lined with parchment paper.
    - After preheat, drizzle about half tablespoon of oil in the pan and place the tofu in the pan, then drizzle another tablespoon of oil on the top of the tofu.
    - Cook until LED shows FLIP, flip tofu and cook until the end.
    - Remove tofu into a plate, then remove parchment paper, if there are some oil left, pour in the pan as well
    - Add pork belly and all the vegetable , cover the lid, press START set time for 7mins
    - After cook for 7 mins, gently add tofu and sauce in the pan, mix all together ,press START and cook for anther 3 mins.
