— 金鲳鱼化冻，处理干净，用厨房纸擦干（把鱼擦干很重要）

— 鱼身上抹盐，肚子里塞入姜丝，腌15-20分钟

— 爱锅空气炸功能，刷油，预热结束放入400F 13分钟左右

— 在烹饪结束前两分钟，倒入料汁（生抽，蚝油，姜，葱，蒜，辣椒，糖）焖两分钟出锅，中间翻一次
