    备料:猪里脊肉切片,用盐,黑胡椒粉,料酒,鸡蛋,淀粉,抓匀后淋入油,再抓匀,腌制15分钟备用

    面糊:面粉+淀粉(2:1)的比例,加入盐,五香粉,黑胡椒粉,甜椒粉拌匀后加入水调成糊状(面糊不要太稀)。

    炸之前,将肉分批倒入面糊里挂浆。

    功能:Grill

    温度:420F

    时间:20分钟

    内锅里倒入1/2杯的油一起预热。预热结束后再等2分钟,下入挂好面糊的里脊肉片,盖上锅盖,大约7-8分钟开盖,翻面,继续炸。看到肉块变成金黄就可取出。

    稍放凉,趁热食用。也可冷藏,煮蔬菜汤或者煮面条食用。
