500g Brussels sprouts

4-6 slices Bacongo with your quantity
Directions
-Wash and cut Brussels sprouts in 2.
-Set AirGO to Base heat 400F for 20 minutes.
-Put 200 ml of water in the pan and add the Brussels sprouts.
-Put on the extra 32 cm lid for steaming.
-At the end of cooking, empty the mold of excess water.
-Position the gear on top for the STIR FRY function.
-Add the Brussels sprout bacon and the mixer.
-Set to STIR FRY 420F for 12 minutes.
Serve hot or cold as a salad.
