Looking for a delicious and healthy cookie receipt?! Please try this recipe. I used about 140g butter for this cookie recipe; however, if you are a vegetarian, you can substituted butter with coconut oil.

Prepare ingredients-Mixing dry ingredients cake flour, almond flour, sugar powder, salt and baking powder together. -Then melt about 140g of butter, pour butter into dry mixture -Mixing everything together well. -Line parchment paper in the pan -Using table spoon to scoop cookie dough to make them into ball shapes. Then place the balls in the pan, and gently press in the middle of the ball. -After all the cookie balls placed in the pan, brush egg wash on the top of cookies and sprinkle some kosher salt on the top of cookies. |
