1 tbs for cover the tofu corn starch
Half Bell Pepper
1 tbs Green Onion
1 tbs for sauce Oyster Sauce
3 tbs for sauce water
Pinch for sauce Salt
1 tsp for sauce corn starch

Prepare ingredients

-Cut 2 pcs Japanese egg tofu about 1.5 cm
-Cover with cornstarch, set aside ready for use

-Dicing bell peppers and green onion

-Sauce: mix 1 tbs of oyster sauce, pinch of salt and 1 tsp of cornstarch with 3 tbs of water
