Ingredients

210g Brown sugar

40g Flour

30g Corn starch

375 ml Cream 35%

170g Maple syrup

1 Shortcrust pastry

pinch Salt
Directions
In a saucepan off the heat, whisk together the brown sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt. Pour in the cream and maple syrup and mix well. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Preheat AirGO Fonction FOUR 375F for 30 minutes.
Line a 23 cm (9″) diameter pie dish with a pastry shell. Spread with sugar filling.
Bake in the AirGO for 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Serve warm or cold.
