I use AirGO to grill steak every week. I love steak as much as you do. I usually dine out at restaurant, steak is the most common menu we have. After I bought AirGO, I thought about grill steak, but I wasn’t sure if it will turn out as I expected. Reluctantly I tried once, I was so convinced that AirGO can definitely make great steak. I think it is really worth to buy AirGO, it saves us tons of money on dining out for steak. Plus there is no smoke when you grill steak at home with AirGO.
The tricks I learn is brush some oil before preheating and wait 2 more minutes after preheating. It will boost the whole cooking chamber’s temperature and allow AirGO makes great searing and lock the juice inside the steak. It makes steak taste very juicy. I would definitely suggest 1pc of steak at a time. You need to close the lid and wait 1 more minute to let temperature climb back to 420F, then put the second piece in.

PrepareRub the steak with spices and marinate. Leave at room temp for 30min. |

Start AirGOPress [power] button to turn on AirGO. |

AirGO Beeps (Preheat complete)After preheating completes, allow your AirGO continue to heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. Then place your steak in the cooking pan. This additional heating helps searing the steak. |
