5 oz Pork Belly
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk Green Onion
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
Bunch Basil
2 tbs Avocado oil
2 tbs Coconut Aminos
Chili Optional

      I always cook eggplants in the AirGO, it is a lot fast and has less oil consumption. Basil eggplant is a must-order dish in Asian restaurant in North America.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - Chop the basil
      - Ground pork belly
      - Slice garlic
      - Chop green onion
      - Rolling cut the Chinese eggplants
      - Chop some chili if you like spicy

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function 420 mins for 16 mins.
      - After preheating, add oil, ground pork to the pan, separate evenly, cook for 5 mins.
      - Add eggplants, salt, garlic in the pan, cook until LED shows FLIP,
      - Add coconut aminos and green onion ( chili) in the pan, mix well, cook until times up.
      - Toss basil in the pan before serving, the remaining heat will release basil aroma into the eggplants.
