    Please note that chicken thigh could be cooked faster without the air fryer basket.  We have successfully tried~20min on parchment paper with air fryer function.  However, using the air frying basket allows some of the fat to drop through the holes on the bottom of the basket to the cooking pan, while cooking without basket directly on pan or on parchment paper allows for more volume (bigger surface area).

    Start Machine

    Press Power On, Cycle function to Airfryer, Increase timer to ~30min (varies depending chicken size and crispy level desired), then press Start.

    Preparation

    While preheating, coat Chicken Thighs with frank hot sauce, Montreal chicken spice(or your favourite spices), soy sauce. Marinate if time allows (optional).
    Grease the air fryer basket with oil/butter if desired. Place the thighs in the baseket

    Cooking

    When the preheating finishes, AirGO will beep for your attention. Open the lid and place basket in the center of the pan.
    When the flip sound occurs, open lid and flip thighs.

    Ready to serve

    When the set time has complete, AirGO will stop heating and beep. Remove the basket with a oven safe mit.
