功能:空气炸(Air Fryer)
温度:420F
时间:20分钟左右
做法:
猪排厚切大片,洗净擦干。
用捶肉棒拍松。用盐,黑胡椒腌制半小时,加入一丢丢生抽(我用的是蒸鱼豉油)充分给鸡肉按摩后,再加入生粉,继续按摩2-3分钟后,备用。
一个盘子打一个鸡蛋,打散。
一个盘子放入面包糠。备用。
锅内倒油平铺满锅底,设置爱锅空气炸 Air Fryer 420F 20分钟 , 让爱锅进入预热程序。
趁预热的时候,将猪排先裹蛋液再裹面包糠,备用。预热结束后再等2分钟,放入猪排。
一面炸6分钟再翻个面,直至金黄色即可出锅
猪排量多的话可以分批重复制作(我这个是分了两批制作的)
