Ingredients

500g Coral lentils

20g Waterwarm

5g Dried yeast

50g Olive oil

2 tea spoon Salt

50g Mixed grains
Directions
Soak the coral lentils in plenty of water the day before.
The next day, rinse the lentils and place them in your blender with the dried yeast, olive oil, salt and warm water.
Blend for 20 sec / speed 10 until smooth and thick.
Pour the batter into a loaf or cake tin lined with baking parchment.
Sprinkle the dough with a mixture of seeds, cover with cling film and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the AirGo / Oven function / 350º F / for 45 minutes.
Turn out and cool on a wire rack.
Enjoy the bread with spreads or serve for breakfast, or as you wish.
This bread is ideal for all meals.
